When will my order be dispatched?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

During busy periods, please allow additional time.

Yes — we offer complimentary global delivery.

Yes — worldwide from our UK warehouse, with duties and taxes included where possible.

How do you ship?

We use trusted couriers such as DPD, Royal Mail, and DHL for tracked delivery.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre for fast, reliable delivery.

What if my order goes missing?

Every parcel includes tracking and photo proof of delivery.

How can I return an item?

Unopened beds can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are customer responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of inspection.

Can I return an opened item?

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns once the vacuum seal is opened.

If unsure about sizing, contact us before unsealing your bed.

We’re unable to retroactively apply discounts to past or future orders.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — our products include:

• 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects

What’s covered

How do I clean my Wags & Whiskers bed?

• Unzip the cover and machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
  
• Do not wash the memory foam — it’s protected by a water-resistant lining.
  
• Hang to dry, inside out and out of direct sunlight.
  
• Spot-clean between washes for freshness.
  

A clean bed means deeper sleep and a fresher home.

Can I wash the memory foam?

No — instead, wipe the lining with a damp cloth.

Waterproof liners (if included) may be cold washed and air-dried.

Can I vacuum the bed?

Yes — vacuum lightly or use a lint roller or pet brush to remove fur and dust.

Can I bleach or tumble dry the cover?

No — only use mild detergent. Avoid bleach, softeners, or tumble drying.

What if my dog chews the bed?

All materials are non-toxic and CertiPUR-US® certified, but not edible.

If your dog ingests foam, contact your vet immediately.

How do I wash the covers?

Follow the care label inside each cover for washing and drying instructions.
