Wags & Whiskers began with a simple mission — to create a bed worthy of the dogs who make our homes complete.

Inspired by our own German Shepherd, Logan, we wanted something that looked as beautiful as it felt: a bed that delivered real orthopaedic comfort while seamlessly blending into modern interiors.

Unopened beds can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Can I return an opened item?

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns once the vacuum seal is opened.

Do you offer a warranty?

How do I clean my Wags & Whiskers bed?

• Unzip the cover and machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
  
• Do not wash the memory foam — it’s protected by a water-resistant lining.
  
• Hang to dry, inside out and out of direct sunlight.
  
• Spot-clean between washes for freshness.
  

A clean bed means deeper sleep and a fresher home.

Can I wash the memory foam?

No — instead, wipe the lining with a damp cloth.

Waterproof liners (if included) may be cold washed and air-dried.

Can I vacuum the bed?

Yes — vacuum lightly or use a lint roller or pet brush to remove fur and dust.

Can I bleach or tumble dry the cover?

No — only use mild detergent. Avoid bleach, softeners, or tumble drying.

What if my dog chews the bed?

All materials are non-toxic and CertiPUR-US® certified, but not edible.

If your dog ingests foam, contact your vet immediately.

How do I wash the covers?

Follow the care label inside each cover for washing and drying instructions.
